WHAT DOES MERCEDES IGNITION SWITCH MEAN?

I have a 2010 C300 Mercedes which includes the majority of the problems talked about for the lousy steering wheel lock mechanism but my steering wheel just isn't locked and when it will not start off Though my battery is hot by putting jumper cables and Yet another battery it would make the lock system perform all over again.Can be done in 15 minut
